<li>Accomplish job description duties and additional duties as assigned</li>
<li>Submit to all Core Values</li>
<li>Submit to all Servant Leadership Values</li>
<li>Have actively served in the Dream Team for at least 12 months (New Harvested exempted)</li>
<li>Pass background screening process</li>
<li>Execute an NDA, Confidentiality & Non-Compete Agreement</li>
<li>Submit to the Employee Manual</li>
</ul><div><strong>General Skills Necessary:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Highly motivated to succeed with a "whatever it takes" work ethic</li>
<li>Exceptional organizational skills, administrative skills, communication skills and multi-tasking skills</li>
<li>A fast learner, energetic and ambitious to see Harvest's vision manifested</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and has a passion for excellence</li>
<li>Personable, professional, responsible, mature and discreet</li>
</ul><div><strong>General Spiritual Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Be a Christian for at least two years</li>
<li>Be or will become a faithful, tithing Harvester</li>
<li>If the head of household, lead their families according to 1 Timothy 3:4-5 - "One who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?)</li>
</ul><div><strong>General Training Requirements:</strong></div><ul>
<li>Successfully complete The Apprenticeship: School of Servant Leadership</li>
<li>Employee Orientation</li>
</ul>
