The Security Supervisor Will:
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for members, guests, and staff.
- Lead the Security team, ensuring high service standards, professionalism, and teamwork.
- Oversee daily security operations, including patrols, incident response, and hazard prevention.
- Communicate effectively and maintain strong public relations.
- Manage security reporting, documentation accuracy, and relationships with law enforcement.
- Coordinate and deliver safety trainings such as CPR, First Aid, and Fire Brigade.
- Support departmental operations, including budgeting, staffing, and office responsibilities.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate Security staff while addressing performance or personnel issues.
- Establish and uphold departmental standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
Job Requirements: Minimum of high school education and 21 years of age. Motivated self-starter. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays & special events as needed. Hold a valid state driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record. Current CPR certification status or willingness to obtain certificate upon hire.
Summary
The Security Supervisor maintains a safe and welcoming environment by overseeing daily security operations, leading the Security team, and ensuring strong member service. They conduct patrols, respond to incidents, coordinate safety training, partner with local law enforcement, and uphold high standards in operations and documentation. Through professionalism, sound judgment, and teamwork, the Security Supervisor protects resort property and supports a positive, secure experience for all.
