The Chocolate Formulator is responsible for maintaining chocolate batches which support chocolate depositing and enrobing operations. They also maintain accurate formulation and lot tracing information, as well as minimizing waste. Other duties include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, maintaining accurate inventories, and supporting a team-oriented atmosphere in a manufacturing environment.
- Assure safe and efficient operations and produce acceptable quality products at or above standard.
- Work with or support a team environment in manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate formulation and lot tracing information.
- Maintain accurate inventory and minimize scrap/waste.
- Alert supervisor to inventory shortages that affect production flow.
- Follow all safety practices.
- Compliance with company attendance standards.
