Role Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our broadband solutions team and help us build scalable, high-performance systems that power next-generation connectivity.
You will report to Senior Engineering Manager – Broadband Systems.
You will be based in United States.

Location

Hybrid role – with periodic onsite work at United States office

What you will be doing
  • Design, develop, and maintain software components for virtualized broadband platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and lab environments
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Ensure software meets performance, scalability, and reliability standards
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
What you will need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably in telecom or networking
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++ or Python
  • Experience with Linux systems and networking protocols
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
What you will need to succeed
List critical experience and education needed (must-haves-only) - no more than 5-8

Travel
You may be required to travel up to 10% for team collaboration or customer support

Pay & Benefits - (US/Canada only - if pay transparency required by State/Province)
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $100,000 - $130,000.
The actual base salary will vary based on factors including market, location, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
This position may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
Sales positions are generally offered a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
