About the role
As Manager - Customer Success Management, you will be responsible for ensuring long-term success and growth of Harman AES business for your customer(s). You (and your team) will ensure adherence to customer care-abouts and work closely with your customer and internal counterpart(s) to maintain and grow the existing business with healthy commercials.
Your Team
This position is either of an individual contributor or a team-leader (leading a small team of onsite PMs / resident engineers depending on the size and complexity of the customer engagement). Additionally, this role entails being team player with collaboration across AES sales / pre-sales, CPMs of linked Harman Customer Group, AES Domains and Project delivery. This role reports into AES Portfolio Business Lead.
What You Will Do
Be the Single point of contact from Harman to capture and propagate technical voice of customer (VOC) and technology roadmap for existing OEM engagements
Proactively identify and manage farming opportunities working closely with sales for new business wins in existing accounts
Drive continuity of awarded business through program extensions, CRs and follow-on programs, working closely with PMs and delivery organization.
Contribute to overall account growth by ensuring VOC, customer technical care-abouts and pain-points is captured, regularly updated and incorporated into
- overall account sales strategy, working closely with AES sales
- proposal responses, working closely with pre-sales
- proactive pitches, POCs for customers, working closely with AES domains
Facilitate technical stakeholder mapping at customers, working closely with Harman CGs and AES sales to identify and nurture customer champions for Harman AES.
