Job Summary
The Housekeeper/Groundskeeper is responsible for cleaning and maintaining our industrial facility by performing the following duties.
Job Duties
• Remove trash from outside grounds
• Empty waste containers from outside areas
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Mix water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications
• Disinfect equipment and supplies
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met
• Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas
• Keep drains free of debris
• Demonstrates Harmac’s core values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Other duties as assigned
