Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hardware Trainer based in Chennai. The Hardware Trainer will be responsible for delivering detailed hardware training sessions, creating and maintaining training materials, and staying updated with the latest hardware technologies. The trainer will mentor individuals, assess training needs, provide technical guidance, and ensure participants achieve a strong understanding of hardware concepts and applications. Collaboration with the team to develop new training strategies will be a key part of day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, troubleshooting, and assembly
- Experience in conducting technical training or workshops on hardware technologies
- Skills in creating and updating training materials, presentations, and documentation
- Effective communication and public speaking abilities along with mentoring skills
- Capability to evaluate training effectiveness and address gaps in understanding
- Adaptability to diverse learning styles and levels of expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the IT hardware industry or as a hardware engineer is an advantage
