The company provides a comprehensive range of parts and components, helping customers build, customise, and maintain high-performance aerial systems. Role Description
We're looking for a Hardware Engineer to own our R&D, testing, and UAV operations. You'll be the technical backbone ensuring our products are reliable, optimized, and industry-leading. This is a hands-on,
independent role where your expertise directly impacts product quality and customer experience.
Your Responsibilities (in order of priority):
● R&D Testing & Validation: Design and execute comprehensive testing protocols for drone
components, systems, and complete builds. Validate performance, durability, and reliability
before market release. Document findings and drive iterative improvements.
● Component-Level Repairs & Debugging: Diagnose and repair faulty electronics, PCBs, motor
controllers, receivers, and related hardware. Root-cause analysis and resolution of hardware
failures. Maintain detailed repair logs and spare component inventory.
● UAV Assembly & Configuration: Assemble drones from components and kits with precision.
Program and configure flight controllers, ESCs, VTx systems, and other embedded hardware.
Ensure all builds meet performance and safety standards.
● Supporting Technical Responsibilities: Customer technical support for hardware-related queries
(as needed), documentation of builds and troubleshooting workflows, contribution to prototyping
efforts for new drone configurations.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
● Strong foundational knowledge of electronics and circuit design
● Proficiency in soldering and component-level electronics repair
● Hands-on experience assembling and configuring FPV drones
● 1–2 years of prior experience in electronics, drone building, or related hardware work
● Engineering or Polytechnic qualification (or equivalent demonstrable expertise)
● Ability to work independently, self-manage tasks, and troubleshoot problems
Highly Valuable:
● Drone firmware knowledge (Betaflight, INAV, or similar)
● CAD design and 3D printing experience
● PCB layout and schematic understanding
● Previous experience building, flying, or racing FPV drones
● Portfolio of personal projects (drones, electronics, modifications)
Why Join Us
● Work at the cutting edge of FPV drone technology
● Take ownership of R&D and product quality — your work directly impacts what reaches customers
● Collaborate with a passionate, growth-focused team
● Continuous learning in a rapidly evolving field
● Immediate joining and growth opportunities
● On-site role in Muvattupuzha; accommodation can be arranged if required
We Value Portfolio Over CV
We're more interested in what you've built than what's on your resume. Bring examples of your projects —
drones you've built, components you've modified, repairs you've tackled, or any electronics work you're proud of. This is your chance to showcase your hands-on expertise.
About the Role
● Location: Muvattupuzha, Kerala (on-site)
● Salary: ₹3-3.5 LPA (based on experience and portfolio)
● Joining: Immediate or very soon
● Employment Type: Full-time
We're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about drones and hardware, self-motivated, and ready to make an immediate impact. If this sounds like you, let's talk.
