Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Hardware Technical Support Specialist. Key responsibilities include providing technical assistance for hardware-related issues, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware problems, and assisting customers via various support channels. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving technical queries and maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve hardware issues effectively.
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver high-quality assistance and enhance user experience.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to diagnose and solve technical challenges efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
- Prior experience in a hardware support or technical role is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
