🚀 We're Hiring: Hardware Team Lead | Pune
Are you passionate about building world-class hardware products and leading high-performing engineering teams?
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Team Lead with 10+ years of experience to drive end-to-end hardware architecture, mentor engineers, and lead technical innovation.
Key Requirements: ✅ Strong expertise in schematic design & PCB layout (Altium, OrCAD, etc.)
✅ Deep knowledge of analog/digital circuits, power electronics & high-speed design
✅ Experience with Microcontrollers, FPGAs, Embedded SoCs, CAN, Ethernet, USB, SPI, I2C, UART
✅ Proven leadership in hardware design reviews, risk management, and product development
📍 Location: Pune

🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
