Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hardware Support Engineer | Desktop Support Engineer L1.5 based in Bengaluru South. The role involves providing hardware support, technical assistance, and troubleshooting solutions to ensure efficient operations. Key responsibilities include diagnosing hardware issues, resolving technical problems, and maintaining and repairing hardware systems as needed. Ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency is a core part of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Hardware Support and Hardware maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Troubleshooting and problem-resolution techniques
- Efficient in providing Technical Support to resolve system and hardware-related queries
- Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving system issues effectively
- Good communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Hands-on experience in hardware and system installations and upgrades is a plus
- Relevant certification in hardware or technical support is advantageous
- Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru South
