Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing & Diagnostics
o Perform functional and quality tests on CPE devices using standard test equipment and software tools.
o Identify hardware and software faults through systematic troubleshooting.
2. Repair & Refurbishment
o Replace defective components (PCB, connectors, power units, etc.) using soldering and rework techniques.
o Clean, reassemble, and restore devices to original specifications.
o Update firmware and reset configurations as per guidelines.
3. Quality Assurance
o Ensure repaired/refurbished devices pass all quality checks before dispatch.
o Maintain compliance with safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) standards.
4. Documentation & Reporting
o Record test results, repair actions, and inventory usage in the system.
o Report recurring issues to supervisors for process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Job oriented course ( JOC) / ITI certification in Electronics, Electrical, Electro mechanical or Telecommunication trade or Diploma in Electronics /Electrical
• Basic knowledge of networking devices and protocols.
• Hands-on experience with soldering, multimeter usage, and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and follow SOPs.
Work Environment:
• Lab or workshop setting with ESD-safe workstations.
• Require shift work depending on operational needs.
