Professional Experience
2–3 years of experience in IT Hardware & Networking Support.
Technical Skills
- Basic LAN/WAN Networking
- Hardware & Software Installation
- Basic Routing & Switching
- Cisco Device Support (Basic)
- Network Troubleshooting
- Desktop/Laptop & Printer Support
- Windows OS Installation & Configuration
- User Support & IT Helpdesk
- Network Monitoring
- IT Asset Management
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Technical / Non-Technical)
Technical Qualification / Certifications (Desired Qualifications)
- Diploma in Hardware & Networking
CCNA (Completed/Pursuing) or equivalent Networking Certification
Basic communication skills in English, positive attitude, and good interpersonal skills. Quick learner with a willingness to learn, problem-solving ability, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
