Job Title: Hardware Lead

We’re hiring a Hardware Lead for our client, a company building next-generation smart wearable platforms.
As the Hardware Lead, your responsibilities would be:
- Owning end-to-end hardware development for an ultra-small smart ring platform.
- Leading schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection for compact consumer devices.
- Managing sensor integration and circuitry for physiological and motion sensing.
- Designing for ultra-low-power operation and tight form-factor constraints.
- Partnering with firmware and manufacturing teams to take products from concept to mass production.
- Driving lab bring-up, debugging, and iterative validation of hardware prototypes.
Requirements:
- 5 –10 years of hands-on experience in hardware design for embedded or wearable electronics.
- Strong expertise in PCB design, schematic capture, and signal integrity for compact devices.
- Proven track record in building battery-powered, low-power embedded systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating sensors such as PPG, ECG, and accelerometers.
- Proficiency in using lab tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers for debugging.
- Familiarity with DFM/DFT principles and manufacturing workflows for consumer electronics.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and problem-solving abilities.
