Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience in Schematic capture and PCB Layout tools ( Altium Designer, Cadence etc)
- Strong knowledge on Analog, Digital and mixed-signal circuit designs
- Experience in 8/16/32 Microcontroller and Microprocessors
- Experience in Power Management and high-speed interfaces (Ethernet, USB, SPI etc).
- Experience in Hardware debugging and failure analysis techniques
- Experience with compliance testing and standards (EMI/EMC etc )
- Experience in Power Supply Design using Boost and Buck converter ICs
- Experience in Board bring up and Board debugging.
- Experience in Circuit Simulation using LTspice or Pspice or similar tools
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Conduct Design Reviews and preparation of constructive feedback
- Mentoring Junior Engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional team
- Hardware Development
- Lead the Design and Development of High-Performance Hardware Systems including Architecture, Schematics and Layout.
- Testing and Validation
- Define and execute test plans for performance validation and reliability assessment through Automotive industry standards EMI/EMC and safety certifications
- Research & Innovation
- Knowledge on Emerging Technologies and Industry trends to improve designs
- Knowledge on to evaluate new tools, methodologies, and components to enhance product performance and reliability.
