About the Role
We are seeking a Hardware Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in Battery Management Systems (BMS) and power electronics hardware design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware development, PCB design, EVT validation, and reliability analysis. Experience working on energy storage, EV charging systems, or high-voltage DC/AC systems will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware circuits for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and energy storage applications.
- Perform schematic design and PCB layout using tools such as Altium Designer or KiCAD.
- Conduct Engineering Validation Testing (EVT) and support product validation activities.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to improve reliability and safety of hardware systems.
- Work on power electronics topologies such as LLC, Flyback, DAB (Dual Active Bridge), or similar converters.
- Support hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation of prototypes.
- Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and system teams during product development.
- Work on high-voltage DC and AC systems used in EV charging or energy storage.
- Prepare hardware documentation, design reports, and test reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Power Electronics.
- 2–4 years of experience in hardware design for EV, energy storage, or power electronics systems.
- Experience with BMS hardware architecture and design.
- Strong understanding of analog and power electronics circuits.
- Hands-on experience in schematic design and PCB layout using Altium or KiCAD.
- Experience with hardware testing, debugging, and validation.

- Experience with battery safety standards and protection systems.
