Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform repairs or escalate as needed.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in active directory and exchange.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications.
- Install and maintain Windows updates/patches and other application
- Offer support via phone, email, Remote or in-person to resolve technical issues.
