Electrical + Electronic Hardware Designer / Engineer
Completed engineering University level; BE/BTech/ME/Mtech in Electronics/Electrical
• Active, Passive, Semiconductor component selection know-how
• Analogue, digital, mixed signal circuits design and calculations
• 8/16/32 bit microcontroller selection, peripheral circuits design
• High-speed circuits design like DDR4, EEPROM, QSPI flash, USB, Ethernet.
• Component selection criteria, lifecycle check, worst case design calculations
• Good understanding of Linear regulators, LDOs, DC-DC converter topologies
• Hardware development lifecycle knowledge
• Good understanding of Motion control techniques & interfaces with motors/actuators
• Good understanding of EMI/EMC design considerations for PCB .
• Tools: Mentor Graphics (Schematic entry), LTspice /Pspice (for circuit simulation)
• Support PCB layout and review of layout according to the application
• Create a test plan and test setup preparation
• Board bring-up, Verification of Board proto, debugging, testing and documentation, Test & measurement instruments like DSO, DMM, Logic/Power analyser, debugger.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Agile, Clear-quest, Windchill or equivalent
• Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently.
• Develop test plans and procedures for prototypes and production units, conduct functional, environmental, and compliance testing (EMI/EMC, safety).
• Good hands-on experience using instruments like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers, Automate testing using Python or similar tools..
