Role Description
FULL-TIME, ON-SITE Hardware Engineer role based in Chennai.
- Identify the right components to suit the specific product variant and features.
- Procure the components from different sources.
- Design and develop PCB for the product variant.
- Test it in line with the expected performance.
- Identify the required power needs and arrive at the power budget, based on battery or live power.
- Creating quick prototypes of different variants or additional features for the same core product MPULSE.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in hardware designing, development and testing on live projects or product development, especially in IoT space.
- Experience in development of sensors or devices with communication based on WiFi/GSM/LoRA etc.
- Experience in development of firmware will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with regulatory and safety considerations (e.g., EMI/EMC, compliance testing) is beneficial.
