We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Hardware Engineer with strong PCB Design expertise to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating hardware solutions for a Medical/Industrial electronics product from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop multi-layer PCBs using tools like Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle
- Schematic capture, component selection, and BOM management
- Design circuits involving USB (USB-A, USB-C, USB 3.x), NFC, Ethernet, Bluetooth, Wifi, etc.
- Perform signal integrity and power integrity analysis
- Collaborate with firmware/embedded software teams for hardware-software bring-up
- Conduct design reviews, DVT/EVT testing, and validation
- Troubleshoot hardware issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters
- Prepare and maintain hardware documentation (schematics, layouts, design specs)
Required skills and qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in hardware/PCB design
- Proficiency in Altium Designer or equivalent EDA tools
- Strong understanding of USB (USB-A, USB-C, USB 3.x), NFC, and Ethernet interface design
- Experience with DC-DC converters, LDOs, and power management ICs
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC design guidelines and compliance standards
- Familiarity with embedded microcontrollers or SoCs is a plus

- Experience with multi-interface consumer electronics design
- Knowledge of thermal management in compact form-factor designs
- Prior experience taking a product from prototype to mass production
- Familiarity with IPC standards for PCB design and assembly
