Position - Hardware Design Engineer
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Hardware Design and Development Engineer with minimum of (3–5) years of industry experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing hardware components and embedded systems while working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable, high‑performance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test digital and analog hardware circuits.
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and detailed hardware documentation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.
- Conduct signal integrity analysis, power analysis, and hardware validation testing.
- Debug hardware issues using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Collaborate with firmware and software teams for integrated system development.
- Support prototype builds, manufacturing processes, and hardware bring-up.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in hardware design and development.
- Strong knowledge of digital and analog circuit design (Mixed Signal Design).
- Experience with PCB design tools such as Cadence OrCAD and Allegro.
- Proficiency with simulation tools (SPICE, MATLAB, etc.).
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, embedded systems, and communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, etc.).
- Experience with testing and measurement instruments.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- minimum of (3–5) years of experience in hardware design & development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with high‑speed board design and signal integrity.
- Knowledge of power electronics.
- Hands‑on experience with embedded firmware is a plus.
- Understanding of product lifecycle and manufacturing processes.
