At VAANVILI Aeronautics, we're building next-generation indigenous UAV systems for defence applications. We're looking for a Hardware CTO who can architect and lead the development of mission-critical electronics that perform reliably in Electronic Warfare (EW) environments.

What You'll Build
- EW-resilient UAV electronic architecture
- Anti-jamming and anti-spoofing GNSS navigation systems
- Secure, resilient, and long-range Command & Control (C2) links
- RF communication hardware and high-speed digital electronics
- Embedded hardware, power electronics, and avionics
- EMI/EMC-compliant, ruggedized hardware for defence applications
- Hardware platforms from concept, prototype, validation, and production
What We're Looking For
- 8–15+ years of experience in hardware product development.
- Successfully delivered 2 or more production hardware products.
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following:
- RF & Microwave Electronics
- GNSS / PNT Systems
- Embedded Hardware Design
- High-Speed PCB Design
- SDR & Wireless Communications
- Power Electronics
- Defence or Aerospace Electronics
- Experience with design validation, DFM/DFA, supplier qualification, manufacturing, and reliability engineering.
- Someone who challenges assumptions, takes ownership, and builds products that meet the highest standards of performance and reliability.
