About the Role
Rachit Agarwal & Associates LLP is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Hardware & Branding Executive to manage IT infrastructure, office systems, and branding-related activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy technology, problem-solving, and creative work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain desktop computers, laptops, and office IT infrastructure.
- Handle biometric attendance systems.
- Manage Microsoft Office and day-to-day computer operations.
- Maintain system backups, server backups, and Tally data backups.
- Monitor and manage office storage drives.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Design job descriptions and basic marketing creatives using Canva.
- Support social media content publishing and branding activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/BCA/B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent preferred)
- Knowledge of Computer Hardware & Networking
- Good understanding of Windows operating systems and MS Office
- Experience with backup management and troubleshooting
- Canva designing skills
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
