Eligibility & Role Details
• Work experience: 0 - 12 months
• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (Balanagar area)
• Job Type: Internship with PPO, Onsite, Full-time
• Domain: Defence – Robotics, IoT Systems & Training Simulators
• Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Internship Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
• Stipend: ₹8,000 per month (based on candidate’s skills & knowledge)
• Work Requirement: Candidate must carry their own laptop for work
Important Note
This is a purely hands-on hardware role involving physical assembly and wiring work.
Not suitable for:
• Software-only candidates (Programming, Web, App, Data Science, etc.)
• Candidates expecting design-only or desk-based roles.

Job Overview
We are seeking highly motivated freshers to join as Hardware Assembly Interns – Wire Harnessing.
This role is focused on hands-on electrical integration work across advanced systems such as robotic platforms, IoT-enabled devices, and training simulators used in defence applications. The role offers practical exposure to real-world hardware systems, wiring standards, and system integration practices in a high-reliability environment.
Responsibilities
1. Perform wire harness fabrication, including cutting, stripping, crimping, and connector assembly
2. Support routing, bundling, and securing of wiring in robotic systems, IoT applications and simulator units
3. Read and interpret basic electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
4. Perform continuity testing and basic electrical checks using tools like multimeters
5. Identify and troubleshoot basic wiring faults and connection issues
6. Ensure proper labelling, tagging, and organization of wiring for maintainability
7. Maintain basic documentation of assembly and testing activities
8. Follow quality, safety, and compliance standards applicable to defence-grade systems
Skills required
1. Basic understanding of electrical wiring and electronic components
2. Familiarity with tools such as wire strippers, crimping tools, and mustimeters
3. Strong willingness to work on hands-on hardware and assembly tasks
4. Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
5. Good learning attitude and discipline in execution
Preferred Background
1. ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields
2. Exposure to robotics, embedded systems, or hardware projects (academic or personal) is a plus
