We are seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to join our dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional sports bettingand casino gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in quality assurance, deep technicalexpertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring the highest standards of product performance and functionality. This rolerequires the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced, complex environment while mentoring junior teammembers and leading quality initiatives. As a Senior QA Manual Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Participating in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure product quality Reviewing and analysing product and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test strategies Collaborating with QA and development teams to create detailed test plans and test cases Executing test cases and analysing results to identify and document issues Reporting and managing bugs, and assisting in troubleshooting issues Monitoring health check metrics to ensure product stability Working closely with Product and Development teams to drive continuous improvement Contributing to QA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness ofQA processes Learn our application(s) inside and out and become subject matter expert Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices, tools, and troubleshooting methods. Take ownership of testing strategy and execution for complex features or modules Act as the primary QA point of contact in cross-functional discussions and planning sessions. Lead efforts in improving QA processes and implementing tools or frameworks that enhance efficiency
