What’s the position?

We are seeking a results-driven Manager, Paid Social - Casino to execute and optimize our paid social advertising efforts within the real money gaming space, with a primary focus on online casino. In this role, you will manage day-to-day campaign operations with our hands on keyboard agency and help develop data-driven paid social media campaigns to drive new player acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across casino gaming verticals including slots, table games, and live dealer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Execute and optimize, in conjunction with our paid social AOR, campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, YouTube, and emerging channels, with focus on promoting casino games and experiences
  • Manage campaign strategy, audience optimization, and creative testing specifically for casino gaming verticals (slots, table games, live dealer)
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ads are engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the online casino gaming audience while maintaining compliance with gambling advertising regulations
  • Manage, budget adjustments, and performance optimizations based on real-time data and casino player behavior insights

Analytics & Performance Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPI, ROAS, LTV, new player conversion rates) and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI across casino gaming products
  • Execute A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and audience targeting for different casino game categories and player segments
  • Collaborate with data science and analytics to build performance reports and present findings to senior leadership, including insights on casino player acquisition trends and lifetime value optimization
  • Identify optimization opportunities and implement solutions to meet or exceed KPI targets for casino player acquisition and engagement

Strategy Support:

  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with casino business goals and player acquisition targets
  • Research emerging trends, technologies, and platforms in social media advertising to keep casino campaigns competitive and compliant
  • Support strategic planning initiatives and provide tactical recommendations based on casino campaign insights and player behavior data
  • Assist in identifying new growth opportunities across platforms and casino player audience segments

Team Collaboration & Development:

  • Manage and mentor Paid Social Coordinator - Casino, providing guidance on best practices and optimization techniques specific to casino gaming campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, analytics, game developers, and CRM / promo teams to align casino-focused paid social efforts with broader marketing goals
  • Support team training initiatives and knowledge sharing across the paid social team
  • Assist in building processes and documentation to improve team efficiency and ensure compliance with casino gaming advertising requirements

Budget Management:

  • Manage assigned campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve performance goals across casino gaming verticals (slots, table games, live dealer experiences)
  • Monitor spend pacing and provide regular reporting on casino campaign performance and scaling opportunities
  • Support budget planning and forecasting initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership, with focus on casino player acquisition costs and lifetime value optimization
  • Optimize budget distribution across platforms based on performance data and casino gaming strategic priorities


What are we looking for?

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in paid social advertising, with at least 1-2 years managing campaigns independently
  • Experience with app acquisition campaigns preferred, particularly in casino gaming, real money gaming, or other regulated industries
  • Previous experience working in sensitive categories where targeting may be limited by publisher rules is a plus, especially gambling/casino advertising
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, LTV, first deposit rates) in casino or gaming verticals

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in running app acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit Ads with focus on CPA optimization balanced by ROAS targets for casino gaming verticals
  • Understanding of iOS 14.5+ attribution challenges and experience navigating SKAN limitations across paid channels, particularly for casino gaming apps
  • Experience with audience segmentation and familiarity with MMP platforms (AppsFlyer preferred) and analytics tools (Amplitude,Tableau, PowerBI) for casino player tracking
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and reporting, including casino-specific metrics like deposit conversion rates and player retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Data and Life Sciences, and Marketing
  • Understanding of mobile app attribution and measurement frameworks for casino gaming apps
  • Previous experience in real money gaming, online casino, social casino, or similar regulated gambling industries
  • Knowledge of gambling advertising regulations and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Familiarity with casino game mechanics, player lifecycle management, and responsible gambling practices
