Job Description – Hard Copy Team LeaderPosition Title: Hard Copy Team Leader
Department: Operations / Hard Copy Management
No. of Positions: 1
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Up to ₹20,000)
Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive Hard Copy Team Leader who can manage documentation as well as handle front-level coordination. The candidate will ensure smooth document flow while also managing front office communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise hard copy documentation team
- Handle front desk / front-level coordination with internal teams and visitors
- Ensure proper receiving, tracking, and dispatch of documents
- Maintain accurate records using MS Excel and other tools
- Coordinate with field staff and departments for document collection
- Monitor pending cases and ensure timely updates
- Maintain discipline and workflow at the front office
- Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports
- Train team members and improve process efficiency
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year experience in MS Office / data handling
- Basic experience in front office or coordination role preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Leadership and team handling skills
