Are you a pharmacist who wants your work to create meaningful, lasting impact in the community? Harbor Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Pharmacist to join our mission-driven team in Nashua, New Hampshire.
At Harbor Care, pharmacy is more than dispensing medications—it’s an integral part of whole-person care. You will collaborate closely with providers, support vulnerable populations including Veterans and individuals experiencing homelessness, and help ensure patients receive safe, effective, and accessible care.
This role offers flexibility while giving you the opportunity to practice at the top of your license - providing clinical services, supporting care teams, and building trusted relationships with patients.
What You’ll Do:
- Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescriptions in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Provide clinical services including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
- Collaborate with providers to support optimal patient outcomes
- Supervise pharmacy support staff and ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver exceptional, patient-centered service and counseling
- Support compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the New Hampshire Board of Pharmacy
- Immunization certification from an accredited organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a community pharmacy setting
- MTM certification and experience
- Familiarity with 340B programs
- Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and workflow prioritization
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage confidential information and maintain HIPAA compliance
