About The Internship
HAP Global is a Singapore-based company in the skincare, wellness, and massage therapy industry. We are looking for a creative and reliable Digital Marketing & Design Intern to support our ongoing content marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
- Design 3–4 visual posts per week (static, carousel, or short-form videos)
- Assist with caption drafting
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, format, and aesthetics
- Schedule and publish content across selected platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
Newsletter & Email Design
- Design and layout weekly newsletters using Canva or Mailchimp
- Repurpose content into social-friendly formats
- Track basic performance (open rate, clicks)
Digital Asset Creation
- Design infographics, guides, product visuals, and training assets
- Create reusable templates and improve visual presentation across channels
Marketing Coordination
- Maintain a simple content calendar
- Organize files, assets, and visual references for the team
- Join virtual team discussions when needed
What You’ll Gain

Requirements
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of social media and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Hubspot)
- Strong sense of visual aesthetics and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, responsible, and open to feedback
- Bonus: UI/UX design knowledge or previous internship in marketing/design
