Good Understanding and hands on experience about On-premises exchange and migrating M365/O365 Integrate M365 with Antivirus/anti-spam/content filtering solutions as needed by clients Work with CSR to design/deploy complex custom solutions for SOW's 2nd level of escalation for all M365 services Perform various administrative duties and maintenance functions as required. Migration strategies for office / M365 Solutions & Migration. Understanding of AD domains and forests. Responsibilities · Expert knowledge on M365 services and ability to address all technical queries as needed. · Extensive enterprise level Windows 2003/2008/2012 systems engineering experience. · Migration from and to M365 workloads · Ability to troubleshoot Active Directory, Azure AD related activities. · Setting up monitoring services for M365 workloads · Work on collaboration technologies and solution capabilities – for MS Teams; Intune and Security capabilities within M365 · Migration experience with office 365, hybrid deployments and management Qualification · Graduate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology · Relevant Industry certifications on M365, Microsoft Azure
