At Hansgrohe, we’re offering a dynamic internship experience designed for students who are eager to explore multiple areas of the business. This program allows you to gain hands-on experience across different functions while developing real-world skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
As part of the program, interns will have the opportunity to select two areas of interest (Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or Global Projects) and gain exposure through meaningful projects, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may vary based on selected focus areas, but can include:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Support product, marketing, or sales initiatives and projects
- Assist with competitor analysis, reporting, and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on ongoing business needs
- Participate in project tracking, follow-ups, and stakeholder updates
- Contribute ideas toward process improvements and innovation
- Provide general support across assigned departments
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Interest in business functions such as Product Management, Marketing, Sales, or Project Management
- Ability to think critically and communicate ideas effectively
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Education & Experience
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)
