About the role

Looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales person will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our suite of data-driven marketing and customer experience solutions. Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory or market segment. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients at all levels of the organization. Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs to effectively position Hansa Cequity's solutions and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and technology, to develop customized solutions that address clients' specific requirements and deliver measurable business value. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospects and clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Hansa Cequity's offerings and differentiate them from competitors in the market. Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure. Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline developments using CRM tools or other designated systems. Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify potential opportunities and threats. Provide feedback to the leadership team on market insights and opportunities for product or service enhancements. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales support, delivery, and operations, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to maximize collective success. Qualifications: Bachelor's or relevant degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the marketing services, data analytics, or technology industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment. Strong understanding of data-driven marketing concepts, CRM systems, and digital technologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Willingness to travel as needed.
