Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year Hanover experience.
- Minimum of 6 months Leasing Manager experience with Hanover.
- Exposure to and understanding of lease renewal negotiations, delinquency management, and move out process.
- Experience or involvement with Monday Leasing Calls and/or Financial Calls.
- Experience on a mid-rise building is preferred.
- Experience on a stabilized property.
- Experience with affordable housing, inclusionary zoning, and housing vouchers is required.
- Has received a perfect phone and in-person shop within the last calendar year.
- Has proven track record in leadership and managing teams in a sales and/or customer service environment.
- Experience being involved with maintenance operations.
