Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 6 months Hanover experience.
- Exposure to and understanding of lease renewal negotiations and delinquency management.
- Experience or involvement with Monday Leasing Calls and/or Financial Calls.
- Experience on a high-rise building is required.
- Experience on a stabilized property.
- Has received a perfect phone and in-person shop within the last calendar year.
- Has proven track record in leadership and managing teams in a sales and/or customer service environment.
- Experience being involved with maintenance operations.
