About the role
Position Summary The Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating and guiding Agile practices within the development and product teams, ensuring the teams are working efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the principles of Scrum. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remove impediments and foster a high-performing team environment. The Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager will work closely with the development team, Product Owner, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products. This role will also take on general project management duties to ensure overall project alignment and successfully project delivery.
