Together, we're building the future of housing. Zonda is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Market Research Analyst Intern to evolve and expand our Research team. Success in this role will open doors to higher-level Research or leadership roles with increased responsibility. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various Research functions, including assisting with a variety of tasks related to the collection and maintenance of new multi-family home project data in Zonda Urban's proprietary NHSLive data product. What You'll Do Collect data on new condominium and townhome projects and newer rental apartment developments throughout Vancouver area using primary and secondary research methods Assist with inputting data and relevant information collected from all monitored multi-family projects into Zonda's NHSLive data platform Identify and monitor the pre-launch marketing of all new multi-family projects Monitor new rental/multi-family development applications submitted to municipal planning departments throughout Vancouver, and input/update data on NHSLive Monitor economic indicators relevant to the new multi-family development industry as required Provide general support for data products and advisory Participate in networking opportunities with leaders across different business units Collaborate on an intern project that will be presented to all C-level executives at the end of the internship Provide administrative support, data analysis, and reports Perform other duties or administrative tasks as assigned Who You Are Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, eager to learn and grow, and a positive team player Working knowledge of Vancouver market Strong interest in and desire to learn about the residential real estate market and development industry Highly organized and resourceful with strong research skills and work ethic Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Must have a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and be willing to travel (driving expenses incurred will be reimbursed) Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, handle multiple deliverables with tight timelines, and work effectively independently and in a team environment Must be based in Vancouver and will be in the office
