Role Description The Handle Retail Business Service operation for India 2 (West and South) role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves managing retail business service operations for the western and southern regions, focusing on service processes, retail partner support, and post-sales coordination. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with retail outlets and channel partners, monitoring service requests, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and tracking key performance indicators related to service quality and customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical service to streamline operations, improve turnaround times, and ensure adherence to company policies. The selected individual will be expected to prepare regular reports, analyze operational data, and recommend improvements to enhance the retail service experience and support business growth in the assigned regions.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to understand and explain air conditioning and refrigeration solutions to stakeholders.
- Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, including handling escalations, managing expectations, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with retail partners, internal teams, and customers across regions.
- Experience in retail operations, service coordination, or after-sales support in consumer durables, HVAC, or related industries.
- Ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and prepare clear, concise reports for management review.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/CRM systems) and comfort working with digital workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in lieu of formal education will be considered.
