Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training modules in handicrafts such as lippan art, embroidery, stitching, basic textile crafts, DIY products, decorative items, and utility-based crafts
- Conduct regular hands-on training sessions with a focus on skill-building and quality output
- Develop training plans aligned with market demand and income-generation opportunities
- Assess trainees’ progress and provide continuous feedback and mentoring
- Coordinate material procurement and program planning
- Maintain records of attendance, progress, and output quality
- Support product development for exhibitions, sales, and social enterprise initiatives
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of each trainee, including skill assessment, progress tracking, and output records
About Company: Chhanv Foundation is a non-profit organisation in India working for the rehabilitation of acid attack survivors. Chhanv Foundation raised the unheard voices of acid attack survivors through its campaign Stop Acid Attacks in 2013. We redefined the definition of rehabilitation by advocating for the acid attacks, followed by providing medical assistance, legal assistance, education help, and last but not least by providing employment at Cafe Sheroes hangout located in Agra & Lucknow respectively.
