<strong>Position Overview:</strong><br> We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and sales-driven Front Desk Spa Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident in recommending services, memberships, and gift cards to enhance the client experience.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>

<li> Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression </li>
<li> Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s booking system efficiently </li>
<li> Educate clients on services, enhancements, and spa offerings </li>
<li> Promote and sell memberships, packages, and gift cards </li>
<li> Recommend retail products and current promotions </li>
<li> Handle phone calls, texts, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner </li>
<li> Support daily spa operations, including opening/closing duties and maintaining a clean, organized front desk </li>
<li> Work collaboratively with service providers and management to ensure a seamless client experience </li>
