<li> Convert inquiries into booked appointments and long-term members </li>
<li> Consistently hit (and exceed) membership, gift card, and enhancement sales goals </li>
<li> Recommend services, upgrades, and packages based on client needs </li>
<li> Manage front desk operations, scheduling, and client flow </li>
<li> Deliver a high-energy, professional client experience from check-in to check-out </li>
<li> Handle client concerns confidently and professionally </li>
<li> Stay sharp on promotions, services, and products </li>
