About the role

As an Apprentice in Talent Acquisition & Market Research, you will gain hands-on experience in Workday database management, interview feedback processing, and market mapping for commercial roles. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to explore the recruitment domain within a global organization. Responsibilities: Workday Database Build-Up: Assist in creating and managing Talent Pools within Workday for high-demand and repetitive roles. Add detailed descriptions and tag relevant Talent Acquisition Systems (TAS) to Talent Pools. Collect candidate profiles from internal sourcing databases and upload them into Workday using bulk import tools (EIB). (EIB to be explored during training) Create candidate prospects, tag them with relevant skills, and assign them to appropriate Talent Pools. Validate uploaded profiles for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data integrity standards. Interview Feedback Management: Collect, organize, and digitize hardcopy interview feedback sheets. Scan and upload feedback assessment forms into the system for easy retrieval and reporting. Market Mapping for Commercial Roles: Conduct market research to identify competitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and key talent movements for commercial positions. Maintain a structured competitor database for insights into hiring patterns and role demands. Support the TA team in aligning market intelligence with recruitment strategies.
