<strong>You must have:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>3–5 years of verifiable experience as a Lead Installer</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of:<ul>
<li>Residential Split Systems (AC & Heat Pumps)</li>
<li>Air Handlers</li>
<li>Gas Furnaces</li>
<li>Package Units</li>
<li>Ductless Mini-Split Systems</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Valid EPA Certification</li>
<li>Up-to-date knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes</li>
<li>Experience with communicating and inverter-driven systems (not required, but strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Clean driving record & valid driver's license</li>
<li>Ability to pass a felony background check and pre-employment drug test</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail</li>
