<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li>Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems including air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.</li>
<li>Deliver outstanding customer service, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.</li>
<li>Maintain precise records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job to ensure accuracy and accountability.</li>
<li>Adhere to all safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and techniques through continuous learning and training.</li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li>Previous experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician or relevant technical training.</li>
<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a commitment to excellence.</li>
<li>Experience with communicating and inverter-driven systems (not required, but strongly preferred)</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, providing top-tier customer service.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li>Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.</li>
<li>EPA certification is required.</li>
<li>Weekend and evening availability required</li>
