Head of Group Legal Operations

Haleon is committed to establishing the HUB to provide global support to LCCS. This is a build from the ground up as today HBS is close to 1000 people, but currently with no presence on behalf of LCCS. The role is accountable for shaping and building the LCCS legal services team and in the effective running of this team as it establishes. They will play the lead role in identifying how work can be eliminated or automated, digitally enabled to drive efficiency and optimized ways of working for those in the business needing to access Legal support and in working with the global capability teams and market teams. Enabling large-scale execution. The key accountabilities of the new Head of Group Legal Operations include - to establish an organisation and operating model for the HUB to partner with LCCS globally recruit, build and develop a high performing LCCS team in HBS leverage the tech, data and AI capabilities of HBS and in the market for LCCS services to transfer and transform key services from elsewhere within LCCS and existing outsourced providers into the HUB Deliver ongoing legal and operational excellence to Haleon, embedding continuous improvement, innovation and efficiency into the ways of working The Leader will also be the legal business partner to the HBS organisation. This role demands close collaboration with the LCCS leadership team and other members of the LCCS organisation across the globe to establish effective "handshakes" and partnership across the wider LCCS team.
