Job Requirements: - Nationality: Iraqi - Education: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration or a related field. - Experience: Proven +10 years experience in a managerial-level HR leadership role, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sector. - Languages: Fluency in Kurdish, English and Arabic. - Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal skills. - Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel. - Technical Skills: - Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, training, and Iraqi Labor Code compliance. - Skilled in succession planning and local talent development. - Experienced in managing by objectives and collaborative goal setting. - Solid understanding of compensation and total rewards methodologies, including Mercer and Hays.
