Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hairstylist role based in Bengaluru. The Hairstylist will provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while showcasing and integrating HairOriginals products where appropriate. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending suitable styles and hair solutions, and delivering high-quality, personalized services. The role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation, following hygiene and safety standards, and supporting the overall salon experience. The Hairstylist will also collaborate with the team to promote brand offerings, assist with product education for clients, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills, with the ability to work with different hair types and textures.
- Candidates should possess Cosmetology knowledge and formal training or certification relevant to professional hair services.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, client-focused salon experience.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to conduct effective consultations and explain products and services.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior salon experience, familiarity with hair extensions or luxury hair products, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
