As a Content & Campaign Manager M/F/X you will report to Country marketing manager in the Sales based in Telford for a Permanent contract.

What you will do?

• Own the campaign process – From concept to execution, you’ll ensure every campaign is delivered with impact, on time, and aligned with sales goals.
• Create content that sells – Develop messaging that cuts through the noise, engages customers, and drives action.
• Lead and collaborate – Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life.
• Maximize digital & AI – Leverage the latest tools and technology to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
• Build & inspire – Shape a high-energy marketing culture and lay the foundation for future team expansion.

What about you:

• Marketing expertise – Formal qualification or hands-on experience in a fast-moving B2B marketing environment.
• Campaign execution skills – Proven ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns that generate leads and sales.
• A proactive mindset – You take ownership, problem-solve on the go, and thrive in an environment where initiative is valued.
• Digital-first thinking – Comfortable using AI, automation, and data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
