Key Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery for Infrastructure and Applications
• Must have strong experience in Service Mapping
• Solid understanding and implementation experience of CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Hands-on experience (24 years) with custom probe creation and Service Mapping
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery is a must
• Strong experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Good development knowledge in:
• ServiceNow modules: Service Catalog, CMDB, REST calls, Business Rules, Workflows
• Familiarity with tools and protocols: WMI, SSH, SNMP, PowerShell, REST, SOAP, JavaScript
• Experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and SUDO is a plus
• Prior exposure to Event Management is desirable
