As part of this, we own one of the most valued touchpoints with our customers - HackerRank.com About the role: We are seeking a skilled Webflow Developer with a strong understanding of marketing principles to join our team. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative marketing strategies to build and optimize our website, landing pages, and digital assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in Webflow development, UI/UX best practices, SEO optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). What you'll do: Design, develop, and maintain responsive and visually engaging websites using Webflow. Optimize website performance, SEO, and user experience to drive traffic and conversions. Integrate third-party tools such as CRM systems, email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and automation workflows. Troubleshoot website issues, implement A/B testing, and refine designs based on data-driven insights. Maintain consistency in branding, style guides, and design aesthetics across digital platforms.
