HackerRank is hiring a Remote Engineering Manager Skills Platform (💰~$95k - $120k, Bangalore, Karnataka, India). We are revolutionizing tech hiring by building next gen developer skills platforms for Screen and Interview. This position is an opportunity to lead the skills platforms team at HackerRank. The Platforms team is responsible for architecting and building common services and shared infra.

We are looking to add full-time, 100% remote engineers to our fast growing engineering teams. You will be working on:
Architecting solutions to complex engineering problems
Push the barriers of performance, scale and reliability of core services leveraged multiple products
Execute the product plans and manage delivery commitments
Mentor the engineers in the team and help them deliver to the best of their abilities
Set clear career paths for your team and help every individual pursue their growth path
Work very closely with the product team to develop and curate the product roadmap
Define clear goals on a quarterly basis for the team and guide the team with the execution
Own and drive the tech roadmap. Plan and deliver on a quarterly basis.
